9. Establishment of the Implementation Agent: establishment of the Implementation Agent, in line with the new forest legislation, in which, apart from state services, local authorities and non-governmental organisations will participate as well.
10. Administration and human resources management: potential modifications in the organisation of the forest area, the sub-areas and valleys.
11. Needs for personnel training: recommendations to the Forests Department about the critical priority sectors in training personnel activities, for a more efficient implementation of the MP.
12 Budget of the Management Plan Implementation: Budget breakdown of all recommended activities will be performed, in order to ensure their technical and financial feasibility, in the framework of the budget limitations. Suggestions about potential funding mechanisms, though European and other programmes.
13. Timetable of the implementation: the 10-years timetable of the implementation of the forest management activities will be set-up, on the main principles to prioritise urgent issues, and to allocate, if possible, equal annual budget resources.
14. Monitoring: apart from the monitoring plans of the species and habitats to be referred, recommendations about the monitoring of the forest management results have to be outlined, etc.
15. Revision: revision procedures and periodicity, interim revision requisites.
